Migrated Account to Global Nexon Service but can't access Vindictus

The tentative Migration Date for European Vindictus is February 2017. This is when the European Service will be migrated completely to the Global Nexon Service. 

There are a few important things to keep in mind once you have migrated your account to the Global Service before February 2017:

  • You will have to log into your account with your Email Address instead of your User ID
  • You will still have to use the European Vindictus Client to access Vindictus before the Migration. Attempting to use the Global Client will cause an "Out of Service" Error message to appear.
  • Purchasing or redeeming NX through the Global Nexon website will link this NX to your Global Account. Since Vindictus has not migrated to the Global Service you will not be able to access this NX until the Migration is completed in February 2017.
