To appeal a suspension or ban, a ticket will need to be submitted from the registered email address on the account.
1. Go to www.nexon.net
2. Log into your Nexon account.
3. Click the Get Support link on the top navigation bar.
4. Click the Vindictus portrait from the carousel.
5. Click the Submit a Request link at the top of the Support Portal.
6. In the ticket field, select Account Related > Ban or Suspension Appeals
7. Fill in the required information then click submit at the bottom.
